- 3 Medium Bananas minced
- 1/2 goblet mayonnaise
- 1 egg 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt 3/4 cup carbohydrate
- 1/2 beaker chopped pecans
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a container combination together mush bananas, mayo and egg.
- In a separate bowl combine flour, carbohydrate, bicarbonate of soda, salt and pecans
